Im improving a bit. Just finished to spin this lovely merino wool in to a yarn. My thread is becoming thinner and more even.

This yarn is 2 ply and I have given it to my mother to knit something beautiful from it. This is so much fun, but takes a lot of time and patience.

This is my next project. The weather is very nice and I have been sitting on my balcany all day spinning :)
Beautiful handspun yarn!
ReplyDeleteHave you tried any other wool, like BFL? I think merino is a bit tricky to spin, since the wool is so short.
You have a very nice blog! Have a nice day!
Thank you :)
ReplyDeleteI just ordered some Sethland wool and cant wait to try this out. I am very new in this spinning thing and dont know any other spinner so I have a lot of things to try out ;)
Have a nice day too! :)
